u can either link it via RGB or S-Video. what's yr headunit? i'm using Alpine IVA-100E, only can connect via the latter. the cons, no touchcreen & s-video image pixel not as good compared to RGB, if u know what i mean. touchcreen functions only works with e.g. Kenwood DDX series. others via IR remot...

I don't think there is any solderless Touchscreen upgrade unless you are willing to disable the Webcam. If you look at the picture you will see that you need to do somekind of soldering. MPA is selling electronic nautical chart and at a very reasonable price too. However, you need something that can read IHO S57 format ENC to use it. There are a few software that can do that but on a PC. As for the price of paper nautical chart, it cost so much more to produce. Looking at the users...
