Re: Malsingmaps on Osmand?

Technically not a problem, although it would be a lot of work. Scripts are available to convert between the two formats. The big question is whether the licences are compatible.

Re: How to plot route on Zumo 660?

The 660 has no route planning function. You can't pre-plan a route, either on a PC or in the unit itself. The work-around is to navigate from one POI at a time with user intervention between each one. I beg to differ. You can create routes in the unit or on the PC and transfer them, then navigate t...

Re: Help needed!!! Belgium trip

Might be too late, but you can get free maps from OSM.

The old Europe map will have been locked to your old Nuvi, so officially you can't transfer it.

Re: Thailand Map

Routable free maps are available from http://garmin.na1400.info/routable.php. If you find errors or roads that aren't on it you can fix it yourself on http://OSM.org. These are good and getting better all the time.

Re: [IMG] North Thailand Routable

Thanks KC. However, I don't actually need the map right now, as I'm in NZ. But I posted some links on HUBB. It doesn't look like mapcentre will come back online any time soon, if ever. So I wanted to post an updated link there.

Kind regards,
Peter.

Re: [IMG] North Thailand Routable

Apologies to those who downloaded above. Minor fix should solve some routing errors. N Thailand 6.39 Reposted here: Normally, one would go to Mapcenter2 looking for the latest release. Seeing that the site has been down for at least 2 months now: is the above the latest version? If not, where can p...

Welcome ... Hey may I take a ride ? Do know where to get this kind / model nowdays ! Thanks for the warm welcome. I didn't even know that this had been posted. You have to ask the owner of the bike. I just saw it parked in Melaka and took a picture. Noah then posted it here and I think some people ...
