ACtivate Sync will be automatically activated on WM5. But not too sure on WM6 whether it still happen..
Have you try the "fake server" method?
It will stop the Avtive Sync to activate itself bty extending the time to sync.
I can't recall the steps in detail and you may want to google for the detail.

Remember I mentioned there are a total of 4 files in the Gpsct directory. The other 2 files time/date indicated the last time your 6965 lock onto satellite. If only the 2 files you copied earlier . Exit the route s/w and activate again and give more time to lock onto the satellites. Let me know whet...

I am using the IPAQ 6515 and has no problem when I ckicked on the "download" on my PDA. Mine is the 2 days data. ( Yet to change to the 7 days setting ). I usually download the 7 days data on my PC and then copy it to my PDA using Active Sync.. Can you teach me how to do that? I only know how to do...

To have a faster lock, you should try to stay still (instead of driving off) at a spot with clear open skies. If you have that, it should lock within 2 minutes. 10 minutes is too long. As for the warning screen, in the later firmware, it will go off by itself after a couple of seconds. Already stay...
