Re: Do you love flashlights?

It's not cheap. We are around the US prices, but slightly lower. The contacts are all gold plated, so you won't get an issue with the inconsistent light quality which cheap models have a problem with. I've used my LED Lenser which I bought from Spain for about 2 years without any problems. The ligh...

Re: Kenwood Electronics Malaysia's KNAG431SD advert

It will be cheaper in US, the all-in-one Kenwood DNX-7100(GPS,IPOD and BT) cost about USD950-1000 excluding shipping and tax. The GVN52 cost about RM2000 exclude installation, the beauty of the Kenwood model is it can support the Kenwood touchscreen. Hope some sifu here can enlighten more on the GV...

Re: Kenwood Double Din HU with KNA-G510

Fred, you are the man. Without you, I didn't have the confidence :prayer: Now, what I want is one which will display and read SMS to me and do voice dial. Also dead reckoning combined with SIRFIII will be perfect. I'm hoping there would be an upgrade of sorts which will let my system use a SIRF III...

Re: KNA-G430 & KNA -G510 (Kenwwod GPS on Garmin)

I did asking mr Kenny from Starlite Tech regarding fixing GVN52 with DDX6039. He says we will need a jumper for that. But I never ask the details about the jumper. According to him for fixing the GVN52 need to be done by technical guy because it a bit complicated to be DIY. Only Panasonic monitor h...

Re: Garmin GVN 52

If you already have a HU then GVN 52 will be a good buy since you may not need to mount extra stuff on your windscreen. Drawback......lack of mobility. Correct bro! That's why I went for the Kenwood system. My Double Din system is touch screen. Better option. The KNA-G510 GPS add-on is actually a G...

Re: Kenwood DNX7100

You should not waste money on CD changer, you should buy an external 2.5" harddisk with PMP to play your favourite song and movies. Actually, it is cheaper for me to buy CD changer :) Otherwise I would have to spend the time to move the hdd to the computer, and rip the CDs for my wife and kids....s...
