This friction mount is not only working well but also allow you to mount GPS legally in California and Minnesota states, USA. Please take note that these 2 states in US are against mounting GPS at the windscreen. It's considered as traffic offense and pretty expensive to pay fine in US dollar. Overa...

It's always nice to have TTS and also it reduces attention to continuously looking on the screen rather thru hearing.

But somehow I couldn't find a very nice voice from Garmin Nuvi as compared to Magellan Neverlost system. ](*,)

In fact this new Nuvi series drew a lot of interest. But it seems the attraction more from software features upgrade. The flippable antenna will become the history.
