Re: E-Mail Warning - Is It True ?

Everytime, these emails always say "Worst ever virus announced on CNN"... where ? "Most destructive virus ever by Microsoft" .. How come announced by CNN and Microsoft, none of any local news reporting it ? "If you receive the email, do not open it, shut down your computer". What advice is this ? Ne...

Re: Garmin cannot work in other countries?

Yeah. I compared dad's phone and mine while he was here. While mine could acquire satellites (inside a moving car) and thus the GPS could work, dad's phone could not. His phone just refused to connect to any satellites at all. Same thing happens when I go back home to Malaysia. Also, is "Integrated...

Re: A double first as executioner

These "drug mules" as you so mentioned MAY NOT be as ignorant / misinformed as they are. Our drug laws are much publicized in many languages. Coming into Sin, you have to fill an immigration card with the penalty highlights in BOLD red and in airlines, these are announced over the PA. They know the...

Re: A double first as executioner

Haha.. touchy topic indeed.. I have not 100% made up my mind yet, but I am still leaning against capital punishment. I feel it has to be very very restricted to an extreme category of mass murders, serial killers, terrorists, etc... Why I think capital punishment doesn't deter in many cases. Most ki...

Re: Nokia E71 discussion

I think your AGPS is either not on, or have issues connecting.. When I have my E71 AGPS on, it gets satellite signals even when I am in my HOUSE bedroom... At first I thought the E71 GPs chip is better than my Nuvi, but its not.. Its just the AGPS working.. A few times when I was outdoors, in the ca...

Re: UFO Spotted?

Honestly, think about it.. If the light was there, and it was moving, and if it were that far away, it is moving like 1km within 12 seconds, it is flying at 300km/h speed. That is possible even for a commercial aircraft. The photographer said he didn't see anything.. something moving at that speed, ...

Re: UFO Spotted?

If particle, then it must be pretty close to the lens. But the pics are 12sec apart (check exif info), which to me is a long time for a particle to hang around. It doesn't need to be that close to the lens.... but then, if no wind, the pollen or particle could linger for a while.. OR OR It could be...

Re: UFO Spotted?

@Sotongkia...That's my original thought as well...but the thing moved vetically on 2nd photo.....I was wondering any pro photographer can compressed & make the "orb" to hi-reso..Too bad the pictures were taken using a lousy Nokia phone camera... #-o It moved because the particle was floating past y...
