yup, the future linked with Nuvis and Garmin in particular isn't heading towards a promising one for road navigation.
I recently added another lifetime map payment and was planning for the 3rd as the last on this dependence with Garmin. Looks like I'll be making space for the three units as "collectors" items over 20, 30 years from now...LoL

My next unit is the Samsung Galaxy Tab with a nice screen size and providing 3G which is great for browsing on the roads. :drive: This may also replace my current TomTom too... as TomTom isn't doing well and their shares on the market are neither being encouraging however, we'll see just how long my TT 950 GO Live will help me cruise the roads. :-$ :mrgreen:

Hi guys,

A quick question here. Any idea if it's possible to update the map with JV from Garmin Singapore on this A10?

I'm currently doing this with my 255W, but then I can't find the link for A10 on the website.

Or is it possible to transfer the JV files from my 255W to A10?

Yes you can but must do it manually...extract the gmappsupp and JV file and put it in your A10.
