Hi To All,

I have 2 Qstns here, i'm using MapKingR12 for my HTC TyTN II, had installed it as per manual guide. but, unfortunately no voice came out eventhough tried install/re-install it few times..voice setup had been activated 'english'.

1 more, not related to GPS, but phone camera. I had pre-set the photo / video taken to be save into my memory stick, but somehow all the pics and videos just disappeared from the folder. to test, i snap another photo and it supposed to be saved in the folder, but when i checked, it's not there. so, i had to pre-set it to my PDA memory my pics folder now which the smemory space not too. sad thing all my daughter pics / vids had missing.

tq for any advise..

Kail, I am not using Mapking, but I think there may be some voice files that may be missing from your mapking directory in you unit. I am not sure, but try check your unit for it.

As for your second Q, maybe your mem card is defective? or full capacity. What brand are you using? I'm using a 2Gb Toshiba and no problem since I started using my TyTnII 10 months ago.

Good luck in solving your problem and do share with us should you find the causes and remedy.

Cheers.

Hi Silversider,

TQ for ur quick response, well..not much i can do regards to d memory card, did saw some defective file which i couldn't delete when i insert the card straight to my laptop (that's why i couldn't saw any pics in the folder when using my TyTN) but the pics still there. just back up the data and quick format the memory card. and it's working normal back again. btw, i'm using kingston 2GB.

For the voice files, i''ve checked the map king directory, i had installed it in card storage directory : Program Files\MapAsia\MapKing12\VocalEnglish, anyway still don't have a chance to test it..will inform later if it's done.

TQ

Hi,

I have accidently deleted the sub folder (including voice) in my Mapking2007 directory. May I know what is the actual directory structure and where can I get back/download the voice files? Please help.

I'm using HTC Touch 3G.
