Erm, i am not sure with the port thingie. :ko:

Btw, is it true that signal strenght doesnt make the GPS fix position faster? I heard that even with ext attena it wont make the GPS to make faster start up during cold/warm startup.

Cold / warm start time has to do with GPS acquiring/computing the almanac and ephemeris data

Signal strength has to do with ability to collect the data without error

Take it this way, the more satellites you get, the faster is the first fix and of course; better is your accuracy.
