Dear Guys,

I really lost.. Anyone can assist me for perth map? I don't have a SD card. I wish to install into my garmin main folder. Any good map can intro? Can guide me ?

Have you tried Newbie Guide to looking for Garmin Maps other than MSM? I believe Bro Jmleng and Bro KC have Perth maps and free too.

1. Australia OpenStreetMap (device ready IMG map file):
http://planetosm.oxilion.nl/~lambertus/ ... apsupp.zip (link requested by myself and will be available for 48 hours only)

To install, unzip file, and copy over IMG file to \Garmin folder. Usable IMG filenames in device's \Garmin folder are GMAPSUPP.IMG, GMAPPROM.IMG and GMAPPROM1.IMG. If all IMG filenames are already used, one of the IMG needs to be removed (backed up in PC) and the new map may use the available IMG filename. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to add additional map into existing IMG map file, you may use GMapTool to do that (note: always back up any files before replacing/editing/etc.)

Hi DVPRO,

Thanks for the file, i already install into my GPS. By the way, i am using NUVI 205, i set to simulate mode, but how come i cannot find place in perth map? It keep showing no matches found. How come?? I scared, when i reach perth, my GPS cannot use..

After you have turned on simulation mode, have you browsed to a location within the map's coverage and select "Set Loc" (to simulate a GPS location somewhere on the map)?

to all sifu's :

i plan to visit goldcoast, brisbane next month.. to short it cut, anyone suggest me/link to the latest map *.img & POI's file
since plan to self drive.
