Malsing Mapking maps are brought to you through the cooperation between (1) malsingmaps.com and (2) MapAsia (owner of Mapking). They are available FREE OF CHARGE at Malsingmaps.com or through Mapking via internet, CD-ROMs, navigation devices and other bundles. However, you need to obtain original Mapking maps in order to use our maps in Mapking format. For example, you need to have a registered copy of Mapking Singapore to be able to use Malsing Singapore.

This is NOT a Mapking support forum. Please channel any required technical support to the proper Mapking support channel. We have NO OBLIGATION to provide solutions to any Mapking customer's problem. All assistance and information rendered here will be voluntary and courtesy of kind members of Malsingmaps.com.

All postings in this forum should be related to the Mapking navigation software and maps. Out of topic posting will be deleted without prior notice. Repeating offenders will be warned and banned from Malsingmaps.com.

Yes, it will have some effects on the maps update. Guys here have day job to feed their family and GPS is just a hobby where they work for free. Hope this answers some of your doubts.... cheers!

in mapking, i know where to fing the map dates

but, i m still in infancy mode of garmin, where to check the map release dates?

i like MK because;
on the map can pin point the spot or any place i want to save as favorites/home

on garmin, i try but cannot do that way

Bro you never try hard enough. Been doing that on my Nuvi. Just touch screen and it will prompt you to save or can do it via Garmin Mapsource ... so much better .. Mapking does not have this feature to view / edit / create routes via maps on PC :thumbsup:

Just dont understand how u cannot do it with Garmin ... everybody here have no prob abt this ! :thumbsup:

sorry bro...i didnt mentioned i m using GM XT..cannot leh
touch on the screen to save the favorite spot or POI ...cannot leh
mapking can woh.

You really need to try real hard... Click on the vehicle icon to get to map browsing mode and then click on any area of the map you wish to mark down, and finally click the 'Save' button on the bottom right.

oh...thats the way to do it? thanks for letting me know....
i touch & touch like mapking but cannot....
mapking easier & quicjker one step , no need to touch the car/vehickle icon and getting towards the browse map part.
