Shinco GPS GM400S

#1 Post by andylaucg » Sat Nov 10, 2007 11:43 am

Hi All,

I had upgraded my Shinco GPS from Destinator to Mapking, Is sure a better choice than my previous destinator on map detail, however, I realise that my previous destinator base map can play the built in MP3 player together with Destinator when navigation thru my car FM radio, but now it can't work after upgrading, write in to Mapking but they can't do anything saying their agreement with Shinco is to install the map over the base map but not on the GPS set function..... so sad....

I also discover that Shinco GPS set sometime hang when you select the map...and have to reselect the map than it can work. Any bro. & sis out that have the same experience?

Can anyone advise how to update the map into my Shinco set?, I tried the cable connection method and it works on linking my Shinco set with the PC and it can copy the map into the Shinco directory but can't read.

Thank you.
