Hi Newbie here, recently bought 54LM from UK, and loaded Malsingmap V7.22 to main memory,
it works but got some issue when I do search for address.

For example, when I search for 365 Tempines Street 34,
I will be directed to the street only, not to house/block number.

Thanks for help.

Try Where To? -> Points of Interest -> Spell Name...

Hi,

I am using Garmin 2565 --- (without the LM) --- model

There is no 'Search Bar' function after 'Where to'.

This is the normal condition or my set have some problem.

Thanks in advance for all input and advise.

Smile :)

You don't need a search bar as long as you have the following icons after 'Where to'

1. Points of Interest (if your destination is in the map)
2. Recently found (If you have been there or found it before and have not changed your map)
3. Favorites (If you have been there before and saved it to your Favorites)
Lean not on your own understanding

HDB blocks not shown on map

#708 Post by sgmay » Mon Jul 25, 2016 1:23 pm

Hello experts!

just downloaded MSM 2016 NT v7.54 into my USA 2699LMTHD
map works great. Thanks!!

However, i noticed that, compared to my previous map, HDB blocks do not show up on the map.
Postal code search will reveal the block though.

photo is attached.
map on top half is MSM MYSGBN v4.39 (haha..... yes its very old)

Hi sgmay,

Compared to the old v4.39, MSM is using different type of compiler now. Thus, this will not show in your device. You can read the explaination here. Thanks.
