To my surprises this is from Penang Manufacturer, now selling at Ipoh for RM2599, add RM99 for external DVD-W. This is really good for the Garmin Moblie PC.

hand itchy already

Thanks for the heads up.... looks pretty nice too.... great to pair with my Holux M1200 for tracking. Do you know who carry this model in Penang? ...cheers!

Bro SB,

Thanks for the info. A dealer just send over a Twinhead Twinmate e10 for demo (price RM1699.00). Will test it out this weekend. The HP looks better and with better spec. Hope it is available here too... cheers!

UMPC - any where any time.

as i using umpc , mostly is mobile , try to consider below , as my opion only ,

1. bigger screen , 7" above
2. using XP tablet , vista is too slow
3. Ram can be upgradable
4. HSDPA ready ( mean just put the sim card into the umpc , you are in 3g ) fujitsut few model is ready , but expensive
5. SSD - fast start up , and can shake
6. install less and light software , to make the cup ran faster.
7. due to the hardware is small and limitation , umpc cant be compare with NB.

sony ux (famous brand) , samsung q1u ( current using )..

I have the Ruvo UMPC with "built-in" GPS, it works fine with Mapking 2007. But recently i tried the Garmin Mobile PC on this umpc, its software failed to detect my GPS device, anyone know how to set it?
