This intersection has 3 lanes - not 2.

From the right (Lane 1) is for right-turn and going straight, Lane 2 is for going straight and Lane 3 is left-turn only.

Now I am not sure what to do. Pls confirm asap.

I presume your lane info are before the U-turn on the right meaning the right-turn is actually the U-turn?

I shall proceed to code the LAs now on my assumption. Please advise if my assumptions are wrong. Thanks.
