Hi Lyes, there were many rounds of food starting on Friday night continuing till starting with our gracious host siisuong of Lawas. Dinner included game meat, fish and local vege and exchanges of tales of trips to the outback.

Next morning, the Lawas Tamu Besar is of destination after a breakfast of Lawas Kon long mien. It was Yummy. There are lots of local rice like the Bario Rice available here. Also there a stall selling medicinal plant and wood. I managed to get some jerangau merah plant as well as other from the stall.

Abekrenat and fred80_gps (both of Limbang) joined us at Leeya Restaurant at about noon. They had to use the Passport to make this trip as it was a cross border trip from Limbang to Brunei and than on to Lawas.

The main topic of discussion is abekrenat's NUVI 255W which refused to start up. Not sure what the problem was. Later on, the GG was ajourned to Gaya Inn for a mapping tuition session.

Now, the above is solid as rock

Now, that could be a power problem....if its under warranty....then sent it to the dealer....but if not, then sent to an electronic repair shop and shud comfirm it to be power problem

Wah, sifu, u look like a warrior with the costume and weapon in your hand. To the lady besides you, you must be her knight in shining armour. The title of this photo should be "A knight and his trophy".
