Hi ktan, ktan wrote: No, the snow was not too bad. This picture was taken about 3 years ago (we received about 50 cm of snow over night). We have not received a lot of snow this winter (thanks God).
In 1999, the City of Toronto called the Canadian army to help clearing the snow. We received about 1.5 m of snow within 1 day in 1999. I spent almost the whole day outside clearing the driveway and had no room to push the snow to at the end. The snow bank was at least 10 feet tall.
This training should be much difficult then walking up and down a 20 storey building.
I have no doubt that it was very very tough job shovelling the snow especially if they continuously fall down.
But you will be using a different sets of muscles for both activities.
