i have both City Navigator & MSM NT.

yesterday use to go "Look up point" at cheras, i was in Kepong; taman ehsan... Nuvi brought me 1 big round to cheras passing thru kl parts & pay toll, instead of using MRR2 which is more short distance & no toll.... i wonder why?? even my gf said why Nuvi bring us one big round....

then i try to use it to direct me back to my home, which i know da roads...juz to try out...
from kepong to Puchong (which juz use LDP go straight, tat easy rite?) but no....da Nuvi ask me pass kepong LDP toll, turn to Tmn tun area then duno pass where..... wat happening to Nuvi 1350??? my 255W wont do this kind of direction.... btw, this Nuvi 1350 will switch off itself when reach certain Toll?? i use smart tag....

can any sifus help me??

1. Make sure you enable only MSM NT at Map Info. If both are enabled (MSM NT and City Navigator), then the active map would be CN map, which is less accurate than MSM NT.
2. Check at Avoidances setup, only "Unpaved Roads" is enabled.
3. If there is an update for the unit's firmware, do update it.

i only enable MSM NT, i choose shortest distance, did all necessary at avoidances setup, still the same...
MSM NT check with garmin, already up to date....

How about unit's firmware (Tools > Settings > Sytem > About), is it using latest version (I think v2.30 for Sing/Mal units)? If all else fails, do execute Clearing User Data sequence, as explained in page 47 of the user's manual (http://www.garmin.com/manuals/3130_OwnersManual.pdf).
