which link could i download from mapcenter?

Download source: 655 kB (203)
or
Download binary: 847 kB (37).

let say i download the link below, it comes with zip file.
when extract it, the .img file i copy to my garmin.
but it doesnt work

You must backup your gmapsupp.img before you copy the new map into your sd card with the name of gmapsupp.img as well.

The img files in mapcentres are raw img files and not Garmin format img files. You will need to convert these files in Garmin format. Use patchmaps to perform the translation.
