Thanks for reminding me, bro.

I did remind our group to get their fuel filter change, after the trip.

Hope they remember.

What a great trip that brought back a lot of memories for me. We did a similar trip ex Penang all the way up to Mae Salong & Mae Sai on a route 95% identical to yours a few years back. Food was glorious and camaderie among convoy members were great and the sights unforgettable! Of course we had a heck of a lot shorter route that you guys another 800kms south hehehehehe

Think due to mountain terrain around northern area, the water quality are much better - food taste different as well.

If look around, their skin texture are nicer, and of course, many pretty faces. Hope not causing a sudden surge of tourists there, after reading this.

By the way, has anyone try driving to Mae Hon Song and receive the "1000 bends" certificate? Interesting drive.

Received(buy) the certificate, total 1864 curves. Was there with my bike + another 2 buddys. Total trip 9 days.

Should be at (N19 17.965 E97 57.926 ) untitled placemark. I think the place is call something like MHS Chamber of Commerce. When entering the building, need to remove shoes. Buying of the certificate is at level 2.
Are u you going there again?
