Oops..... missed the stories 'cos the pictures of the durians were too tempting. I love durian but my BH banned me from taking it. ](*,) ](*,) Now, I can only drool. This is not a fruit that you can eat secretly outside before you go home. :( :(

Bro Redstorm

The operative word here is "moderation". =D> Enjoy everything but within a control limit. Enjoy life. Live it to your fullest and you will not regret. The saying goes, when you have the energy, you don't have the time, when you have the time, you don't have the energy. Think about it.

Thanks for the words of wisdom, bro SilverBeauty. Yeah, I know but it's just that my wife doesn't want me to take as I find it difficult to stop once I start eating. Maybe, I will convince her to buy just one or two durians and share with her. =P~ =P~

Hi bro DXu,

I am a durian lover too. I went to Penang fm 19Aug-22Aug. I didn't see any durians on the durian trees there when I went for a round island tour. Are there any durians on the trees at the farm? If not then the durians might hv been brought fm outside Penang.

Thanks
jameslye

hi James.........

Went there on 31 May..........plenty of durians hanging on the trees..........
Some of the durians were fresh off the ground..........saw owner brought a few back from plantation to the patio (where the durian buffet is located).

Must visit farm at right time.............I think you were there after the season.........(late May to End July)

Let's see whether I can organise one next year...........fly there to eat durian........then fly back :finga: =P~

Thanx bro Dxu for the coordinates.. :good: :tq:

I would really love to go north but I heard that they are now upgrading the north south highway and therefore only 1 lane is accessible all the way north. Correct me if I wrong anyone..Thanks again for the coordinates!
