No sign of injury or operation so i presume it went in thinking it was a warm bath :-&
There was another soup dish with the whole head of a goat in the bowl looking at you
with the beady eyes. I couldn't make myself take a photo of that. The snake soup where
the poor thing got chopped into 5 cm pieces was bearable. Funny thing about the hakka
soup is that they are all clear soup so you get to see exactly what the cook puts in.
Give me sweet corn soup any day.

Gross. How can they eat that? - BernGPS

Bart,

Thanks for sharing ... you guys must have had a blast... somehow I can imagine how difficult it was for the Chinese to swallow the fact that they all lost to an Indonesian team at a game invented in China & at their own home ground lagi (river rather) I guess talent knows no boundaries and race.

Enjoyed it :tq:

There was a bit of a hoo-ha regarding the Indonesian Team. The team that was suppose to come had to cancel.
It made up of Local Sulawesi Chinese Chamber of Commerce but they were hit by an earthquake and decided to
cancel. The Indonesian National Team was in Putrajaya and made a detour to China instead.

The local Chinese teams were not very happy. Still, with 90,000 RMB first prize + free airtickets +
free accommodation & food, I too can ignore the protests.
