For shooting game most of them is the same, to avoid :ko: ..i hv 2 seat as far as u can (May sure u hv a bigger LCD, otherwise i cant see the enemy  ) my 1st LCD is 32", tht moment same like ur guys, seat can easy to shoot but get :ko: very FASt, seat far just being shoot!!! :fire: ...after tht i change to 42" everthing went smoothly!! ..but still in 1080i only....when watching BD, like missing something :-? ..hope can change again next CNY 8-)
BTW my advise for LCD, better buy the Japan panel like Sharp...this information giving by one of the retailer for selling BD disc....

I salute you guys - can still play shooting games, ah. :prayer: I gave up a very long time ago - yes, Trajet, old age, and the fingers can't move the way I want it to move and way too slow reaction. These days, I just play TotalWar Medieval and now just starting SimCity Destinations - slow, slow games.

my shooting game is still galaxian, RPG is the old pacman & loadrunner :)
actually, i don't find newer games interesting anymore. maybe with some exception like GTA. yeah they look & sound nice but after some trial, already bored. so i have stopped buying new machines after getting GBA, PS1 & PS2. nowadays, i just use games emulator for old machine like NES, SNES, GBA, & N64, & play on my PC. enough for me to kill time ;)

Tht why when got competition between European & Asian, sure they will WIn, 1st shooting game are the mst popular games in euro from the age from 12-50 yrs.(Dont play play) second, the LCD selling they is VERY VERY the cheapper then asia. :$gone: :$gone: (After u convert to ur own currency) the NEW Sony X-serias 46" convert to RM 12K (Last two month my survey) With A BIGGER Screen, ur guy wont feel :ko: & also will improve the shoot accuraSY.....

BTW, guys, how does PS3 perform as a Blue-ray player? Am contemplating getting it instead of a dedicated Blue-ray player. Are there any features that a dedicated player have, that the PS3 does not? Looking from the price perspective, it seems to be a no-brainer to get the PS3, though I'm not into PS3 games.

Bro lost4ever , my opinion is the PS3 player will be beter then BD player, becoz it can update the firmware from the web.(once u plug in the inernet cable, it will auto update f it found new version) PS3 not just to play BD, but also VCD & DVD, (The new version 2.42 got DVD video noise dedution!!) & now the player also suport Divx file, HD Sound from BD, Motion Picture ( U need 2 buy the motion chair!! Only available in BD) Etc.....

I think is not advisable to play DVD & VCD on PS3 BD Player. It will spoilt your lens.

Unless you download to the HDD then its Ok.
