Ask for Nazri Zahar.

Wah so much less ah? Lucky didn't buy at the high price.. BTW what is a bikers opinion on the T-bolt? Boleh pakai ke ? for 800 ringgit? What about spares in the future?
Many of my LandRover kaki bought them. And you could see many T-Bolts during the monthly hashes nowadays...

Spares in future?? the drivetrains you would have to replace once they are worn out.. they could be Shimano or SRAM..

Once you have extra money, you may want to upgrade the Fork & Shocks.. not that the current RST Fork and DNM Shocks are bad... it's just that.. once you start enjoying yourself.. the upgrade poison would kick-in......

Cheers!

Both Merida & Giant is the two biggest bicycle manufacturer here in Taiwan, they have 5 years warranty in Taiwan for all bikes. :D

Money not that free with me.. small salary.. high expediture.
And if i get into it.. no problem. give the bike to wifey and i upgrade. Will start small.. hopefully the seller will sell 500 ringgit.

See specs ok ah?

Deore enthusiast 27-speed, great braking and shifting, light sweet parts and price
Deore LX Sport 27-speed, sweet braking and shifting, lighter, fine finish, durable nearly XT shifting and braking
Deore XT Race 27-speed, lighter, great braking and shifting, beautiful, more durable works nearly as well as XTR

I have been using XTR components for my both Diamondback hardtail and Voodoo Full suspension bike. I am not sure about its durability. Light yes. But if you really look for Shimano parts that have the best for both worlds of Durability and Lightness, Shimano XT is the one to get.

Giant makes very light roadie frame. Their NRS series are the first full suspension bike that really don't bob like apogostick. All Giant hardtail alu frames are one of the lightest alu frame in the market but can be easily dented since they have very thin wall.

I like Giant too. Used to own a Giant TCR ONCE with full DA groupset and Mavic Cosmic wheelset. Love it for the excellent climbing and acceleration.

Hmmm....

I'm still considering between merida and Giant.
If Giant, XTC series ba.
Considering Alliance or HB3, but pretty expensive.
The entry level should be Yukon or Iguana Disc.

Of Cos if u r jus going to the market, den dun need so flashy a bike. :$gone:
