Bro Kuchingguy, is it really grouper ?
The best grouper, "mouse" grouper is about 1 kg plus. It costs about $80.00 per kg in restaurant.

I think what bro kuchingguy show is a tiger grouper... :thumbsup:

Slice it and fried with mixed vegi... :thumbsup: :hungry:

The head deep fried it and add yam,mushroom,....etc, throw all into a claypot and cook for half hour..... :hungry: :hungry: =P~

Doing marketing with BH very often, so those ah soh in the pasar always give comments here and there with those fishes, so learn from there lor... :mrgreen:

But personally, i still prefer the red grouper, the fresh is more tender and tasty than the tiger grouper. :thumbsup:
