To all the Malaysian 4Wheelers out there..
Our Kerling offroad sector doesnt give you any sweat no more up to the main campsite at the Bamboo area. Not like those days, the Rock Garden and the extreme ruts (those wt volvo axle..boleh la.) will take you at least a few hours to get it done..! Last weekend, it takes me and the gang for 20 minutes only to the top. Boring la...no more geli-geli..!!

Do you think singapore will allow modified 4wd from entering the country? e.g. re-inforced bumpers/bars and increased height?

I am not very sure about that. BUT I have seen quite a few off-roaders with big tyres and increased ride-height running around on our roads. They had "snorkels" and crash bars - look very rugged.
