Are you sure with so much coding, it is not going to kill the gadget in term of file size...

For Singapore, I know some of the highways can go from 3 to 4 or 5 lanes near those up ramp (entrance), down ramp (exit)...

And from one highway to about 200 metres from entrance of the tunnel, another lane opens up.... :-'

We are going to be :ko: :ko:
I don't think the extra codes adds much to the file size at all compared to jcv and 3d buildings. Which is why we will prioritise on major confusing junctions where the turn indicator on the gps is rendered practically useless. Simple single exits to the left of the highway would not need lane assist coding since there is only one exit to choose from.

Ok.... I have one candidate in mind... I'm still pissed for being a sucker and having to go through a merry go around unplanned sightseeing drive two weeks in a row recently.

I'm still thinking how do we do this.... using mapsource? pictures? sketches?

We need time and we need to prioritize. When is the last day for us to submit for 2009.4 release? We should be able to get 10 big areas as a trial.

Cheers, Kelvin.

30 April 2009.

Definitely need to prioritise. I will do Sprint spaghetti - if you come from Kerinchi Link and land at Bukit Kiara - wah! Lanes fly left right and centre - going to Hartamas, going to KL, going to PJ, going to TTDI! That one - look at GPS also no point since the lanes are so close to each other and when the routing puts purple line on it - even worse!

Any takers on Singapore side?
