Maybe I'll write a simpler tutorial for Trackers. That one was more targetted at Mappers.
Mappers wanted. Read this to get started. Payment = Recognition = Priceless.

Hi Chuah, Lane Assist info is hardcoded into the map. You do not need the JCV file to show LA. Cheers.

alright man!!!

I was wondered how many lane assist the 2010.20 map included for pg state as I was told that the number of JCV is much more then LA.
If Mal/Sing model is cheaper then I would have purchase it here but seem like US is selling 30-50% cheaper for almost every model compare to Mal/Sing sku.

Hi Chuah,

I wouldn't need much coaching nor tips when one realise for where U R, in the USA at this moment, to 1st buy it there while it is ALWAYS cheaper in that country and then fly back and or elsewhere, purchase or download local maps and save it in an external SD or hard drive. The LA coding that is embedded stays intact within your original codecs that comes with the unit and/or version your GPS unit is customized to serve.
