Thank you. The thing is, when I download it shows as .exe file. Mac cannot run this type of file. All I need is the gmapsupp.img file. Anyone?

At the provided site, the file you can download is a .zip file and not a .exe file.

When you unzip the .zip file you will get the gmapsupp.img file that you seek.

The latest map that you can download is here: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=20375&p=196610#p196610

Recently, I have been unable to access my 60csx in the Mass Storage Mode. I'm using Windows 7. Clicking on the microSD in My Computer causes My Computer to hang. Using a card reader does not work either. The microSD cannot be accessed using a Macbook either. The microSD is functioning normally outdoors with MSM, MFM and topo loaded.

Can anyone please tell me how I can transfer the tracks saved in my microSD to my computer?

It looks like you are faced with corruption of the SD card such that it drives your PC/Lappy crazy.

You have to find ways to salvage the gpx data through disk/card utilities to fix the bad sector / fat....

Try a different card reader ...

Try F-Recovery for SD, a program that could recover data ...

Thanks for the advice SilverBeauty!

Unfortunately, I still haven't been able to access my microSD card. No luck with different card readers.

I tried both F-Recovery and Recuva. Recuva found nothing. F-Recovery took a long while, but ended in BSOD twice.

I'll see what else I can try. Hopefully the tracks will not go to waste.

Hi, My 60csx failed to get a satellite fix. Can anybody help? I have read thru the forum (http://www.malsingmaps.com/oldforum/mod ... t&start=15), but still can't find the solution to my problem. I have already done the firmware update (updated to v 4.00) and my GPS SW is 3.00. Thanks everybody.

Please recheck the version of GPS firmware (Main Menu / Setup / System / menu button) If is says 0.0 then use webupdater to get the chipset software to reload in your unit.

Already resetted the device twice as advised in previous threads in this forum. Still no luck.
