Hi guys, just ordered the Nuvi 660 from amazon... anyone knows waht's the max capacity SD card supported? I'm thinking of getting either a 4GB or 8GB SD card to store more MP3s..

Nuvi 6xx officially can support 4GB SD Card. I am using one right now. Haven't tried higher capacity SD card yet.

Officially, no. Mine is just a normal SD. Unofficially, no idea.

I bought 2x from Challenger when I was in the summer of last year and bought another again in November. Wanted to get two more during my sudden trip in January but sold out by them. The Toshiba brands worked flawlessly.

Time setting in Nuvi 660

#208 Post by BLee » Thu Mar 13, 2008 2:53 pm

I have been trying to figure out to change or adjust the time as it's a bit slow now. But still can't find any place that I can alter the time.

May be I'm too old liao.
Anyone can point it out for me?

Bro BLee, GPS do not offer option for user to change time. Time is sync from GPS satellites as soon as you log on them. The time is very accurate. What do you benchmark your time on to arrive at a conclusion that it is "a bit slow" ? :-k

Thank bro for the reply.

This is due to the clock at my company is about 10min faster than standard clock, so I sync my car clock to my company clock, otherwise I will be late to work everyday... :-$

I thought I may sync all my clocks to be the same so that the 660 arrival time will be more accurate.
