Nuvi 250 does not have Headphone jack/audio line-out feature built in

With some electronics knowledge you can DIY to add this feature.

u could try to tap from the speaker's connector into the headphone jack.. and drill a hole at the casing to attach the headphone jack.

can i ask, why u want to add a headphone jack to the nuvi?
