Ordered my DNX-7100 from electronics bonanza on 31 Dec 07, and it was delivered to my doorstep on 14 Jan 08. Took approximately 2 weeks. Just got it installed during lunch, can't wait to try out the map. :mrgreen:

Hi all,
I notice there is a mini usb port used for XM antenna.
Is it possible to connect Mapsource to the 7100 via this usb port?

is it real mini usb? i wonder tat too when i got mine... not sure if can use it as "console port" to do changes i.e. update software, backup POIs etc unfortunately i wanted but forgot to buy a mini usb cable to try it out

if u hv not installed onto ur car, u still hv a chance to try. just remember to bring 1 cable n ur laptop for testing. let us know ya :wink:

BTW, here is a review of the Kenwood 7100 at the 2008 CES. Can't believe they are looking at it now when we've had it for almost a year!!

At least in Malaysia, a normal 1 line X 8 characters (max incl. space) license plate is a lot wider than the US's, so cannot fit in the frame unless the reg. number is with fewer digits.
