boy... previously my 60csx give me a lot of trouble, system hang, can't shut down and continuously beeing sound after power off, need to take out the battery to kill the sound!

i try reinstall the firmware, delete and reinstall maps, change battery etc...

finally i check the memory card in lappy n found some empty files probably created by the vendors, like mp3, mobile, ringtone etc... so i deleted all those folder n insert back the card, power on the unit, Bingo! all those weird thgs gone, n my unit going back normal again!

I had an unusual problem wih my unit lately.

i unplugged my set that was hooked to my laptop for a few hours - not transferring any data between them and my unit just beeped - all my waypoints, and settings were gone! had to spend time resetting them all - but in the end it's working stably now.

i am using 3.70/3.00 firmware.

... extra protection to your loved unit
put any ' tape ' to cover your SD card slot !
... to prevent any drops of water to get inside while changing your batteries ...

cautions : wet climate , wet hand , sweat etc can short circuit it !

Your location is not even shown in your profile, so how to recommend a reliable shop to you when we don't even know where you are from? Thank you.

A reliable shop to buy would be Perfect Watch at level 1 of SLS. Look for Mr. Yan.
