Sifu, I dunno leh. Have not been to prawn fishing for so many years but the only thing I remember clearly is that the hook used is very tiny; very different from the any of the one that is shown here.

Time have changed since many years ago. Prawns are getting smarter, need to deploy new technology and techniques :mrgreen:

As I mentioned previously, prawn fishing hooks has bigger curvature than the fishing hooks. Fish grabs and run while prawns nibble on the hooks. So you need to constantly check the line.

Haven't been this way for a long while..saw this picture of prawn fishing and it's really awesome!! I didn't know you can prawn fishing in the wild!!!

I have tried catching some mini lobster in our local reservoir though.

I wonder if there is any place in SG for prawn fishing ? not those from the paid pond..
