Currently there isn't any LA in SG yet.

Jerome, I believed you are refering to the latest v5.14 map. Did a simulation but there is no LA at the mentioned location.

I have done a simulation with the latest map - MSM v5.15 - and the LA is working for this particular spot but there seems to be some error. It is a 3-lane road on both directions and on the LA, the centre lane, which is split between right bend and going straight, is correct but the right lane should also be bending right but it shows a straight ahead arrow.

Base on the code, it is a 3 lane express way split to 2 ramp exit, each ramp has 2 lane. And again from the code, it stated that the middle lane (lane 2) of the expressway can take the left ramp or right ramp. With this situation, that is the only way the lane icon will appeared as in the screen capture. I believe expressway usually won't be constructed in such way. Most likely it is 4 lane and 2 lane to the left ramp and 2 lane to the right ramp.

3-lane, right lane (lane 1) should be right bend going towards CTE while middle lane (lane 2) is split with the right ramp going towards CTE and left ramp heading towards ECP. Left lane (lane 3) is going straight.

This is critical info. It means there are 2 lanes here base on what you have quoted. It should have total 4 lanes at this point. For lane info, lane count is usually refer to number of lane at the joining/intersection.

Anyway, let Jerome to decide.
