Bro JTPT1969, IQue3200 is a combo of Palm OS and Garmin. It runs PalmOS but has Garmin GPS build in. Thus it might be able to run malsingmaps. It has capability to download maps from mapsource. So why don't you try to download the Jan maps and generate the gmapsupp.img and load it into SD/garmin and see it it can read the map.

I don't know if the steps are fully applicable to the iQue 3200, but in this thread, I list the steps I took three (!!!) years ago in the old forum to load MSM maps to my iQue 3600:
