If it's using the new STM cartesio GPS chipset like the latest nuvi 2x5 series, then it's 32 channel:

emm... new "want" spotted! =D>
Will prob opt for Oregon in replacement of CO.
CO is just too much for me to handle (when it comes to keying in names) but still the CO is "cooler" looking =P~

:-k :-k :-k Why is Garmin launching a new product line so soon after the launch of the Colorado series? Looks like the CO line is not selling well. I was almost tempted to get a CO300 a few days ago but after reading the feedback of the CO owners here, gave up the idea and settled for the trusty 76CSx. Reason, have compatible accessories, unlimited tracklogging, floats and easily mounted in the car. I was also almost tempted to get a Magellan eXplorist 500 which cost only about USD160 with bundled US map.

So I will most certainly not spend my money on a set with spanking new design until all problems are ironed out.

Whichever you may wish to spank... look 1st ok... it may be a durian and that won't be nice...LoL.

The Oregon looks neat and it does away the protruding bit which the Colorado had... perhaps thats the downside of its poor sales or popularity as a whole.

You guys sure want to get everything under the sun heheh... we just had our 3G 16Gig IPhone released officially to many retail shops with T-Mobile being the only player controlling the distribution in Holland.
The T-Mobile Hd Office is just 700m from my place but a friend went to queue up in Rotterdam to be the 1st 500 to get his unit!!!

All so gian lah... hahaaa.

I will wait for the Nuvi instead... I now have the GMPC 20x and its a blowout!!!
