Dear Malsingmaps Members,

From hereon, Masmappers will be releasing its very own beta MasmapNPM Installer which covers the state of Penang, Perlis, Kedah, Perak, Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang above latitude 3.33333 degrees North. Different from the monthly release of the cGPSmapper compiled MSM MY/SG, MasmapNPM will be:

1. Released on a very frequent basis - maximum of hourly releases, minimum of weekly releases
2. Will not be locked

The target group of the MasmapNPM are beta testers. Please report errors with this compilation in this thread.

MSM MY/SG (cGPSmapper compiled) will continue to be released on a monthly basis followed by MSM NT (Garmin compiled) about a month later, incorporating the latest MasmapNPM tile.

Hi liny2k88,

Next beta release of MasmapNPM will be here. MSM will continue releasing MasmapNPM in their monthly cgpsmapper compiled maps using this source as their release.

This single tile release is more frequent than the MSM release so we can catch bugs early. We're following the Borneo map release which has its own installer and also released more frequent than MSM.

I have updated the first post to clarify this thanks to liny2k88.

slowly la want upgrade to mappers in few months time..still waiting for my savings to growth so can upgrade my
GPS to the handheld one.

We can always do with more mappers, ara_fatt. No one can beat a local mapper. S/He's the best.

Aiming for 50 mappers for MasmapNPM by the end of this year.
